The process

• First consultation, budget, design, location and general discussion on the process of the build
•  A site/Inspection will take place and the start of designing.
• Next set plans to be drawn up to the project in discussion. Checklist made, when all information is collected a quote of costing can be drawn up. When figure is worked out we will then have a meeting to discuss costing and budge. We at Weldunne Builders will do everything to make the dream project a reality.
• Contact, Legal contact will be drawn up and signing will take place together with Weldunne ‘Chris’ and client. Any questions that might arise regarding contract and project can be answered.
• The Build, Throughout the Building process, you are always welcome to the site and your builder is always available to discuss any questions or changes you may have. The key to a positive build is to keep in constant contact with the client to make sure client and builder are on the same page always.
• We don’t have a time frame after your project is finished. Once our client is happy we at ‘Weldunne Builders’ are happy too! Then we can sign off, But knowing we always welcome calls if there is ever anything.
